Patrick advises both employers and employees on a range of employment law issues.
He is experienced in both bringing and responding to claims in the Employment Tribunal, including claims of unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Patrick works closely with HR professionals to advise on disciplinary and dismissal issues, capability problems and redundancies.
He is also practised in drafting employment-related documents, such as contracts of employment, contracts for independent contractors, policies and procedures, and settlement agreements.
Patrick joined the Employment team at Myerson in November 2017, having previously spent two years as a trainee solicitor with well-respected commercial firm, Howes Percival.
