Jake is the IT Manager at Myerson Solicitors. Jake is responsible for the IT service desk, which includes, Problem & Change management.
Customer service and user experience. Jake is also responsible for implementing and delivering IT projects that help keep Myerson at the forefront of technology.
Prior to joining Myerson, Jake worked as a 2nd line IT engineer for Kindertons accident management which has a user base of 1000+ with sites across the UK.
