Biography

Jack Latham is a Senior Associate Solicitor in Myerson’s award-winning Employment team and is the Head of Myerson’s Hospitality and Leisure sector.

Jack graduated with a BA Joint Honours in Law and Sociology from the University of Warwick before completing his LPC at BBP in Birmingham. Jack joined Myerson in 2020 and was promoted to an Associate in 2021 and a Senior Associate in 2023.

Jack has a broad practice, with notable experience in employment advice in the context of corporate transactions, having previously worked as a corporate and commercial solicitor and in tribunal claims, including complex whistleblowing, discrimination, and unfair dismissal.

His expertise includes:

  • Managing multiple sensitive employment tribunal caseloads on behalf of well-known employers;
  • Assisting in reorganisations of companies including collective consultation requirements;
  • Assisting in employment law aspects of multi million-pound corporate transactions, including complex TUPE arrangements;
  • Carrying out an investigation into allegations of sexual harassment made against the Senior Manager at a company by a junior member of staff;
