Biography

As an Associate in Myerson Solicitors' highly regarded and award-winning Employment Law Team, Kurt is dedicated to providing clear, practical, and results-driven legal advice. He understands the complexities of employment disputes and works closely with clients to find effective solutions.

Kurt studied LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of York, graduating with a 2:1 degree in 2016. In 2019, he completed his Legal Practice Course and LLM at Liverpool John Moores University.

He qualified as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in February 2022 and was admitted as a Solicitor in November 2022.

Kurt joined Myerson’s employment team in September 2023.

Kurt has experience of advising employers on a range of employment law issues. This includes disciplinary, grievances, disability processes, employee consultations, redundancies and TUPE.

He also has a strong litigation background, representing employers at Tribunals in complex cases including discrimination, whistleblowing and employee/worker status.
