She joined Myerson in 2025 from a prominent international law firm, where she built an impressive track record advising businesses of all sizes, from multinational corporations to SMEs across a wide range of industries, as well as senior executives.
Victoria’s expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work, and she assists both employers and employees. In addition to providing day-to-day employment advice, she is experienced in:
- Complex workplace disputes, including investigations and disciplinary and grievance matters;

- Tribunal claims relating to whistleblowing and discrimination, including at appellate level; and
- High Court disputes involving post-termination restrictions and confidentiality breaches;
- Major change management processes, including changes to terms and conditions, restructures and redundancy exercises (involving both collective and individual consultation);
