Providing a two-hour online update on recent legal developments relating to neurodiversity and carers to a group of over 30 HR professionals, including breaking out into groups to discuss two case studies.
Training on Formal Procedures
Hosting a one-day in-person training session on how to run a formal procedure (disciplinary and grievance), the legal context and what happens when a process isn’t followed correctly.
Employment Rights Training for Managers
Attending a company’s offices in London to provide a morning session overview of employment rights to their new managers.
Managing A Disciplinary Procedure
Attending a company’s offices in Lancashire to provide training to HR professionals on how best to manage a disciplinary procedure.
This was part of a two-day joint session, which also dealt with undertaking a thorough and proper investigation.
Redundancy Process Training
- Providing two-hour online training on how to conduct a fair redundancy process, including collective consultation obligations.
- Undertaking an online training session with a group of employee representatives on how to support their colleagues as representatives in a collective consultation process, including a question and answer session at the end.
