Biography

Charlotte is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate department at Myerson and a member of the Retail and Private Wealth team.

Charlotte graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first class degree and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University part-time, obtaining a distinction, whilst working as a paralegal at O’Neill Patient Solicitors in the Corporate team.

Charlotte joined Myerson in September 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the corporate team in September 2023.

Since qualifying in 2023, Charlotte has experience in working on a variety of corporate instructions including share sales and acquisitions, company reorganisations and incorporations and provides advice in relation to shareholder agreements and other general corporate matters.
