Biography
Caoimhe is an Associate in our Corporate Commercial Team at Myerson, who joined us in October 2024. Caoimhe studied Law at Keele University, graduating with an Upper Second Class Honours LLB in 2018. She then completed her Masters of Law and LPC at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating with a distinction in 2019.
Caoimhe completed her training contract with a boutique firm in North London and gained a wide range of legal experience, before specialising in Corporate Law and qualifying as a Solicitor in December 2022.
Caoimhe has gained a wide range of Corporate experience in her career so far, including leading company acquisitions and sales, asset purchases, business restructures, and loan agreements among others.
