Biography

Palma is an associate at Myerson’s corporate team, having qualified as a solicitor in 2023 via SQE2. She joined the firm upon qualification and has since advised on a broad range of corporate matters.

Her experience includes assisting with M&A, general banking and finance transactions, corporate governance matters and employee ownership trusts.

Recent Experience

Strategic Sale of Stake in EFCIS

Palma Percze supported the Myerson Corporate team in advising the shareholders of EFCIS on the sale of a 40% stake to Australian trade credit insurance specialist, National Credit Insurance (Brokers) Pty Ltd (NCI).

The cross-border transaction strengthened EFCIS’s international growth strategy while enabling its existing leadership to retain control. Palma assisted on the legal and commercial aspects of the deal, demonstrating her experience in strategic investments and corporate transactions within the financial services sector.

Transition to Employee Ownership Trust – TMES Group Ltd

Palma Percze supported the Myerson Corporate team in advising TMES Group Ltd on its successful transition to employee ownership via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

The transaction enabled the Salford-based mechanical and electrical services business to secure its long-term future, preserve its culture, and ensure continuity of leadership following the retirement of two founders. Palma assisted on the legal aspects of the EOT structure, contributing to a smooth and timely completion as part of Myerson’s growing employee ownership advisory practice.

Transition to Employee Ownership Trust – entitledto

Palma Percze supported the Myerson Corporate team in advising entitledto, the UK’s leading provider of online benefit calculators, on its transition to employee ownership via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Completed in October 2024, the transaction secured the company’s long-term future while promoting shared ownership and continuity of management as the founders moved towards retirement. Palma assisted on the legal aspects of the EOT conversion, contributing to another successful employee ownership transition for Myerson’s growing EOT advisory practice.
