Biography

Kiera is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Myerson and a member of the Financial Services and Manufacturing teams.

Kiera has experience in a variety of corporate matters, including employee ownership trusts, share sales, share buybacks, employee share option schemes, company reorganisations, and other general corporate matters. Since qualifying, Kiera has advised companies, shareholders and directors on a variety of corporate matters.

Kiera graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a first class Law degree, ranked second in her cohort and received the Dean’s Award for Achievement. Kiera went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a combined Masters at the University of Law and achieved a distinction.

Kiera joined Myerson as a trainee solicitor in September 2023, gaining experience across several areas of the firm before qualifying into the Corporate team in September 2025.
