Ryan Fletcher

Biography

Ryan Fletcher is a Senior Associate within the corporate department. Ryan joined Myerson as a solicitor in 2018 and was appointed as a senior associate in 2023.

Ryan specialises in corporate matters, in particular mergers and acquisitions, complex demergers and restructuring, private equity investment, family investment companies and constitutional arrangements.

Ryan also specialises in banking and secured lending arrangements, working closely with the Myerson Real Estate team to provide holistic advice to clients seeking funding for growth and development, along with corporate refinancing and private lending arrangements. 

Ryan has expertise in acting for a wide range of clients, including technology, software and healthcare. Ryan has specific expertise in advising clients in the manufacturing sector and is a member of the manufacturing sector team.

Ryan has advised on a number of high value and complex acquisitions and disposals recently, including the sale of manufacturing companies to multi-nationals, along with advising multiple overseas clients on acquisitions of UK manufacturing companies and software companies.

Ryan has been described as being extremely capable, supportive and diligent, with excellent communication skills and willing to stand his ground.
