Tayla Rees

Biography

Tayla is a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Myerson, advising companies, shareholders, and business owners on a range of corporate transactions.

Tayla graduated from Cardiff University with a First Class honours degree before completing the LPC LLM at The University of Law, achieving a Distinction.

Before joining Myerson, Tayla completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor at a regional law firm in North Wales, where she gained experience across both corporate and commercial property matters. 

Her corporate experience includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of businesses, corporate structures, and succession-led transactions.

Tayla has acted for a range of owner-managed, family-owned, and regional businesses, supporting clients through every stage of a transaction from initial instruction to completion.

She has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and is focused on delivering commercially practical solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Tayla adopts a pragmatic and commercially minded approach, helping clients navigate legal complexities while keeping transactions on track.

She enjoys collaborating with management teams and professional advisers to overcome challenges and achieve successful outcomes efficiently and straightforwardly.
