Biography
Ian has worked in the commercial property sector for over 30 years. He has advised clients on all aspects of commercial property, with particular experience in development schemes and development work generally, landlord and tenant matters and acquisitions and disposals. Ian was recognised as a “Leading Lawyer” in the Legal 500 2020 edition.
Ian joined Myerson in 2020 after 31 years at JMW in Manchester, where he was Head of the Real Estate team.
