Biography
Sidrah is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Myerson. She joined Myerson in October 2020 as a solicitor in the Real Estate department.
Sidrah graduated from the University of Manchester with an LLB Hons Law degree and then completed the LPC at BPP Law School (Manchester).
Sidrah trained and worked at international law firms in London and Manchester before joining Myerson.
In September 2021, Sidrah was promoted to the role of Associate and later promoted to Senior Associate in September 2024.
Sidrah supervises trainees within the team and also delivers training to junior team members. Sidrah is also a member of the fundraising committee and organises firm-wide social events.

- Acted for a global manufacturing group in connection with the sale of a chemical manufacturing site in Leeds, completing the transaction in six weeks. Worked closely with the group’s in-house legal counsel, operations and finance teams to navigate complex title issues and respond to a broad range of detailed management enquiries raised by the buyer’s solicitors. A key challenge arose due to the departure of individuals with direct knowledge of the site, requiring us to support the client in extracting and compiling relevant information from historical records.

Acted for a charity on the purchase of a mixed-use site in Bolton comprising of a restaurant and multi-let business centre which the client proposes to redevelop part of the site.
