Emily joined Myerson’s HR team as their HR Assistant in January 2022. She was promoted to Senior People Executive in 2023.
Emily is responsible for supporting the firm on all operational Human Resources matters, including performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, employee relations, HR reporting and maintaining the HR and employee database.
Emily also assists the firm’s In-House Recruiter with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding. Emily studied English Language at Newcastle University and graduated with a 2:1 in 2017. Following her graduation, she moved to Australia for a year where she began her first HR Assistant role in a not-for-profit organisation. Since arriving back in the UK, she has worked within a Recruitment Consultant role and as an Assistant Site Manager for a property services company.
Emily also completed her Level 3 CIPD qualification in HR Management in August 2021 and will be beginning her Level 5 qualification in 2022.
