Biography
Carly qualified as a Solicitor in 2012, having completed her Law Degree at The University of Durham.
Carly first worked at Myerson in 2017 and re-joined the firm in 2023 as a Senior Associate. Carly has previously worked at firms in Chester, Manchester and Liverpool, and has specialised in residential property since qualification.
Carly deals with all aspects of residential property, with registered and unregistered land, and has particular experience in buy-to-let investments and portfolio refinancing. Carly also deals with applications for adverse possession and the set-up of small residential sites for new development.
