Biography
Grace Parry is an Associate Solicitor specialising in family law, with a particular interest in children law. Grace qualified in 2021 after completing her training contact at a North Wales law firm renowned for its expertise in both financial remedy cases and public law children matters before moving to work at a Manchester City Centre firm which specialised in High Net Worth divorce and finances.
Grace is accredited in both private law children proceedings and complex financial remedies.
Grace is familiar working with cases that involve complicated issues often those with an international element and where significant allegations have been made.
Grace has extensive experience in cases involving significant financial assets, as well as sensitive issues such as child welfare and allegations of domestic abuse. Her calm, empathetic approach ensures that clients receive the support and advice they need, particularly in challenging and emotionally charged circumstances.
Known for her empathetic and caring approach, Grace is highly regarded by her clients for the support and understanding that she brings to every case through her ability to combine extensive legal knowledge and expertise with genuine compassion ensuring that clients feel confident, reassured and well-represented during what can often be a very difficult time.
Grace is a member of Resolution and is committed to resolving matters amicably where possible. In 2023, Grace passed her Resolution Accreditation in Children and Complex High Net Worth Finances.
Grace graduated from the University of York with a 2:1 Law degree before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a combined Masters degree at the University of Law, finishing with Distinction.

Representing a mother to relocate to the US with her children. We relied on Family Law Act 1986 section1, 2 and 2A to establish jurisdiction in the UK.
Acting for a mother in children proceedings where the children had severe mental health issues and were subsequently appointed a Rule 16.4 Guardian.
Representing a mother to oppose a prohibited steps order issued by the father to prevent the mother relocating within the UK.
Representing a father in Children Act Proceeding where serious allegations were raised and a finding of fact hearing was necessary.
Representing grandparents to obtain an order to spend time with their grandchildren.
Representing a husband to obtain a financial order following a short marriage of two years.
Representing a husband in Financial Remedy Proceedings where there were issues of non-disclosure and undisclosed income resources.
Drafting pre-nuptial agreements to ring-fence pre-acquired property and inheritance.
