Biography

Jack Diggines is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team at Myerson, with 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

He advises businesses, founders and directors on complex commercial disputes, with a particular interest in technology litigation. His work includes disputes arising from software development and implementation projects, SaaS and cloud arrangements, IT outsourcing and systems integration.

Jack has experience acting in High Court proceedings and provides strategic advice across the full litigation lifecycle—from early case assessment and pre-action correspondence to advising on pleadings, interim applications and trial preparation. He is adept at managing urgent and procedural issues, including injunctions and other interim remedies, and regularly supports clients through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Alongside technology disputes, Jack acts on wider contentious matters including contractual and commercial claims, shareholder and director disputes and professional negligence. He is valued for clear, practical advice, disciplined case management and robust drafting.

Clients appreciate Jack’s ability to distil complex facts and technical issues into straightforward, commercially focused advice, identifying the key evidential and tactical points and pursuing proportionate strategies aligned with business objectives.
