We take each case on matter by matter, therefore you can be assured that you will receive a first-class service.
We will conduct an initial review of your dispute, giving both you and us an understanding of your claim. We will tell you if your claim has the potential to be taken forward and advise you on the best course of action for you.
After our initial review, we will undertake a full and detailed information gathering exercise. During this process, we will likely ask you for full details about the circumstances surrounding the bank’s sale of the interest rate swap to you. We may also contact your bank to ask them to provide copies of documents, emails and even transcripts of telephone calls.
Once we have all the information necessary, we will then contact your bank and set out your claim. We will urge your bank to make a settlement without the need for further action. We fully appreciate that, in the majority of cases, our clients still have a relationship with the bank and we can advise you on how best to preserve that relationship if that is one of your objectives.
If further action does become necessary, we are able to advise you as to how to best proceed for you, your business & your finances.
We offer a range of specialist legal services tailored to meet the needs of our varied clients.
