Biography

Ellie specialises in a variety of Private Client matters including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys and the administration of estates.

Ellie has an approachable and professional manner. She aims to provide clear advice and guidance to clients during what can often be a difficult and sensitive time for them.

Before joining Myerson in June 2025, Ellie completed her legal training at Poole Alcock LLP. Ellie qualified as a solicitor in February 2024 and specialised in Wills and Probate.

Ellie completed her legal studies at the University of Sheffield. She graduated with an Upper Second Class Honours in her undergraduate Law degree and achieved a Commendation in the MA in Legal Practice (LPC).

Recent Experience

  • Acted on a probate matter Grant of Probate had been issued in the estate appointing the deceased’s daughter as the sole executor, but she had subsequently lost capacity and the estate hadn’t been fully administered. Ellie successfully applied for a Grant De Bonis Non on behalf of the deceased’s son to appoint him as an administrator of the estate for the purposes of finalising the estate, including handling the sale of the deceased’s property.
  • Acted on a complex probate matter where an application for a Grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed was submitted to the Probate Registry with a Spanish Will. The deceased was domiciled in Spain and her Will covered her worldwide assets to the extent that succession laws didn’t apply. The Grant was successfully obtained.
