Biography
Cynthia works with clients across both the commercial and residential property sectors, including property investors, developers, commercial landlords, lenders, managing agents and corporate occupiers.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2025, Cynthia has advised on a variety of property disputes, providing strategic support throughout the dispute resolution process. She assists clients with protecting and enforcing their property rights, resolving disputes relating to the use and occupation of land, and managing contentious issues arising from the ownership, development and management of property.
Her experience includes landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, rights of way and easement disputes, restrictive covenant matters, rent recovery claims, property disrepair issues, and trespass and nuisance disputes. She advises clients from the pre-action stage through to settlement discussions, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
