They have rapidly established themselves as a trusted and esteemed standard of quality. Hosted by Today’s Media, the publishers behind the online news outlet Today’s Conveyancer, these awards cater to solicitors and conveyancing professionals.
Firms shortlisted for the Best Place to Work category were reviewed by a panel of industry experts, following a record number of entries this year.
Each firm was required to demonstrate their commitment to providing a supportive and thriving workplace, where staff are given the tools and support to succeed.
The judges focused on areas such as how firms attract and retain talent, how they prioritise employee wellbeing, and how they adapt training, supervision, and workload management to meet the evolving needs of their teams in a demanding sector.
The winners will be announced on the 13th March 2025.
