Our Commercial Property team is in the running for Commercial Property Team of the Year, while Myerson has also been shortlisted for the Client Care Award.
The Commercial Property Team of the Year nomination recognises the expertise and achievements of our specialist team, which advises businesses, investors, developers, landlords and tenants on commercial property matters across England and Wales.
Our Client Care Award nomination reflects the importance we place on delivering an excellent client experience across the firm, from the quality of our legal advice to the service and support we provide throughout every matter.

The double shortlist follows another successful year for Myerson, with the firm recently reporting record revenues of £19.1 million, up 9% year on year through organic growth.
The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards celebrate excellence across the conveyancing and property sector, recognising the teams and firms delivering outstanding work and service to their clients.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 19 November 2026 at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.
