Myerson had the pleasure of advising Netherlands-based It's Value Consultancy B.V. part of Improven, a leading Dutch consulting company, on its recent acquisition of the remaining one third shareholding in It's Value Limited, completing the Buyer’s transition to full ownership of the UK-based business.
The shares were acquired from Daniel Wilson, the outgoing minority shareholder, who is to remain in a consultancy role in the business, resulting in It's Value Consultancy B.V. holding 100% of the issued share capital of It's Value Limited.
It's Value Limited provides IT business management consultancy services in the UK. The transaction represents a significant milestone for It's Value Consultancy B.V., enabling the group to streamline governance, and support the next phase of growth for the It's Value business as a whole.
It's Value Consultancy B.V. was supported by Quadrum Capital, which is the group’s investment partner supporting the ongoing growth and development and was advised by Myerson’s corporate team led by Jonathan Garner, Associate, alongside Corporate Partner, M Akeel Latif.
Myerson provided comprehensive legal advice to the Buyer throughout the transaction, including: structuring the acquisition; negotiating the share purchase arrangements; and managing the transaction through to successful completion.
