The Real Estate Team at Altrincham law firm Myerson Solicitors LLP have advised Dexter & Jones Limited on a new lease of their shop in order for the business to expand into the shop next door to their existing property.
Dexter & Jones is a craft beer and artisan gin shop and bar located in Knutsford, Cheshire. The business has gone from strength to strength since the acquisition of the company by Adam and Katy Rickitt in 2019, which Myerson also acted on. The expansion of the business in these uncertain times is a testament to their success and their strong customer base in the lively Cheshire town.
