Myerson is proud to announce that we are sponsoring The Lead-In at the Cultivate 2026 Rural Leadership Conference, the UK’s leading event for ambitious rural professionals, entrepreneurial farmers and future leaders.
Taking place on Wednesday 29th April 2026 in Macclesfield, Cultivate has quickly become a flagship conference within the rural and agricultural sector since its launch in 2020. Powered by Hillsgreen and following sell-out events in 2020, 2022 and 2024, the conference returns with this year’s theme, “Leading Through Change”, reflecting the pace of transformation across the rural economy, from political and environmental pressures to advances in technology, sustainability demands and evolving market opportunities.
As part of our support, we are sponsoring The Lead-In, a new pre-conference event taking place from 7pm on Tuesday 28th April 2026 at The Plough Inn, Macclesfield Rd, Eaton, Congleton CW12 2NH. The Lead-In brings delegates together the evening before the conference for relaxed conversation, good food and informal networking in a welcoming rural setting.
Supporting Cultivate reflects Myerson’s longstanding commitment to the agricultural and rural community. Our specialist Agriculture team advises landowners, farmers, estates and rural businesses on a wide range of legal matters, including agricultural tenancies, land sales and acquisitions, development and renewable energy projects, partnership and corporate structures, succession planning and dispute resolution. We understand the unique challenges facing the rural economy and provide commercially focused, practical advice across both business and private client matters.
Cultivate 2026 promises to deliver a world-class leadership conference designed to inspire, challenge and equip the next generation of rural leaders. Andrew Brown, Head of our Agriculture Team is delighted to be involved and looks forward to meeting delegates at The Lead-In and throughout the conference.
