Myerson have advised Matillion in relation to their office relocation to Two New Bailey in the Salford gateway site, which is the latest extension to Manchester’s Central Business District. Matillion have taken a 10-year lease of 27,000 sq ft from Salford City Council.
Other tenants in the building include Eversheds Sutherland and the Competition and Markets Authority. According to JLL, surveyors for Matillion on this deal, this is the largest office letting in the city centre in quarter one of 2023.
Matillion is a cloud data specialist with clients such as TUI, Siemens, and Ikea. They have expanded significantly in recent years and are relocating to the city centre from their existing Altrincham office.
