Myerson Solicitors LLP has welcomed two new commercial property solicitors, Sarah Cowen and Siobhan Waters, to their ever-growing Commercial Property team.
Before joining Myerson as a Senior Associate, Sarah was a Senior Associate at Gateley Plc, having previously worked at Weightmans and BCLP. Sarah has over 15 years of expertise in a broad range of commercial property matters, having worked on multiple high-value cases, such as the £450m acquisition of a portfolio of 93 care homes for a healthcare investor.
Reflecting on the move, Sarah commented “The move to Myerson has been really exciting, I am delighted to start working within the award-winning commercial property team and to contribute to their ongoing success”. The Commercial Property team won the Manchester Legal Award for ‘Property Team of the Year’ in 2021 and has since continued to maintain its reputation by working on numerous high-value and complex matters.

Siobhan has joined Myerson from Jury O’Shea LLP, where she gained experience working on development projects, site acquisitions, commercial property finance work and leases within the retail sector.
