Myerson Corporate client, the Steuler Group, has agreed to acquire around 75% of Cheshire based firm Ancorite Surface Protection, expanding its presence in the UK and Irish market.
Headquartered in Germany, the Steuler Group is a leading company specialising in industrial linings and designs plants for environmental and pickling technology around the globe, as well as being one of the largest tile producers in Germany. Steuler has acquired Ancorite, a UK-based company that specialises in floor coatings and surface protection, including specialist tiling and linings.
The acquisition of Ancorite provides the Steuler Group with access to the UK and Irish market, as well as offering access and opportunities to new market sectors, products, and services to Ancorite.
