Biography
Jordanna joined the firm as Human Resources Manager in 2016 and is now the Head of People and Culture.
She is responsible for developing and delivering the firms people agenda and has strategic oversight of human resources, with expertise in talent management, reward & recognition, learning & development, employee relations, employee engagement, resourcing and people analytics.
Prior to her career at Myerson Solicitors, Jordanna worked within generalist HR roles within the property and recruitment sectors.
Jordanna is a Level 7 qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, who graduated from Sheffield University with a BSc in Human Communication Science in 2012 and completed her MSc in Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014.
Jordanna is also a member of the UK200 Groups People & Development Taskforce. (The UK 200 group is made of independent chartered accountants, and law firms with connections around the world aiming to ‘build a better together’).
