Just getting to the start on site can be a project in itself with the need for numerous documents to satisfy all of the parties that are interested.

All too often the commencement of projects is delayed due to the lack of a particular document. We put in the leg work early on to identify the documents that are needed and agree this as necessary with all of the parties with an interest in the project. We can then take on as much of the responsibility as you need us to in order to get all of these documents in place in due time to secure a sale, leases, funding or drawdowns.
