Andrew has been working as a commercial property lawyer since 1996 and is experienced in landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, site assembly for development schemes, development work generally, secured lending and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Andrew works with a broad range of clients ranging from large household names like AkzoNobel and the ICI Dulux Group through to well established regional developers and private investors.
Andrew graduated with a degree in history from Edinburgh University before joining the army for six years after which he trained as a lawyer at the College of Law in Chester.
Andrew trained and qualified at Burgess Salmon in Bristol before joining DLA in Manchester and then the niche commercial property practice Land Law LLP where he was a partner for 8 years. He joined Myerson in 2013.
