Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 years’ PQE) with a competitive salary, a great work life balance and excellent benefits, you’ll be based at our fantastic offices in the vibrant town centre of Altrincham.
Our Real Estate Team is one of the North West’s largest real estate groups. The team provide the highest quality advice and support to our clients on a range of real estate law matters, demonstrating high levels of technical skill and maintaining strong client relationships. The work is interesting and seldom straightforward.
Typical matters include
- sales and acquisitions of properties
- Landlord and Tenants work acting for both landlords and tenant
- development work acting for residential and commercial developers
- secured lending acting for clearing banks, other banks and financial institutions
- option and pre-emption agreements
- overage arrangements
- assisting the corporate/commercial department with real estate aspects of corporate matters
Who we are looking for
The position would suit someone with a good academic background and training who is looking to further develop their career. Working within one of the North West’s largest property groups, they will be required to work well with experienced professionals within a team orientated environment whilst maintaining high work standards. Candidates are required to have excellent knowledge of all areas of commercial real estate, experience of providing high-quality advice representing a leading law firm.
Candidates will need to demonstrate high levels of technical skill and the ability to maintain strong client relationships. Candidates are also required to demonstrate how they can promote the real estate services and other legal services offered by the firm to existing and new target clients and obtain referrals from contacts and referrers.
