I have agreed with my Partners and our team of lawyers and support staff that we will give you, our clients, more.
Our promise to you, therefore, is that we will:
- Answer the phone within three rings
- Not transfer you to Voice Mail
- Respond to any phone message within two hours during the working day
- Respond to any written correspondence, be it letter or email, within 24 hours of receipt
- Offer you a consultation within two working days
- Give you clear, jargon-free advice
- Progress every matter in an efficient and timely manner
- Always keep your specific commercial concerns to the forefront of our minds so that you are not just getting a purely legal opinion
- Provide you with a regular update as to the progress of the matter, even if the news is that there is no progress
- Ensure that when your lawyer is on holiday we will have another lawyer who will be fully up to speed on your matter, so that it will be progressed
- Only refer you to other professionals who we know well and in whom we have the utmost confidence
- Be completely transparent about our fees from the outset
