Jo is very good at really listening to your issues and only advising once she has a full picture. She looks at things from angles that we wouldn’t have thought of and I don’t think that is just because of the legal expertise. She helps me to challenge the thinking in my organisation and often with her support I am able to effect positive decision making in the business. Jo also understands when it is not possible to implement advice and doesn’t overly pressurise if she thinks the business is taking a risk.
